Please be informed, effective on 23rd March 2019 a new procedure for replacement / missed student ID Card has been change as follows:
a) Make a payment at Department of Finance to get an
official receipt .( Replacement – RM 50 Missed -RM 10/day)
b) Bring receipt to Department of Student Affairs and fill up
form for temporary slip.
